1.2. Engagement Data 

In the Direct API solution there is no data stored related to your engagement activities on WhatsApp, including messages sent and received, engagement metrics, and user preferences. 

1.3. Technical Information 

AiSensy will just act as a proxy server to forward messages to & fro between business and its Clients. This involves all messages to relay via AiSensy’s server but will not persist in the database. Although AiSensy will maintain full webhook delivery logs for 30 days in case of failure in the destination system. These logs are only for debugging purposes and are only accessed with proper approval and authorised personnel. 

2. How We Use Your Information 

Your information is only used to communicate with you about your account and our services like computing WhatsApp Conversation Credit usage and comply with legal obligations. 

3. Sharing Your Information 

We may share your personal information like name, email, phone number with third-party service providers like Chargebee (subscription management system) who assist us in delivering our services, in compliance with legal requirements, or during a business transfer. We ensure these parties respect your privacy in line with this policy.
