● Start with a useful brief. Tell AiSensy AI Ads Agent what you’re promoting, who it is for and what you want the customer to do.
● Choose the customer’s next step. The composer includes Click to WhatsApp, Website to WhatsApp, Website and Status, plus Let AI decide.
● Review in AiSensy before spending. Check your copy, destination, audience and budget. AI generation, ad delivery and WhatsApp messaging have separate cost considerations.

Say you’re getting ready to promote a new clothing collection. The products are on your website, and your team is ready to answer questions on WhatsApp. You still need an ad that shows the collection clearly and gives shoppers a useful next step.

That means deciding what to show in the image, which details belong in the copy and where a customer should go after clicking. As you work on the design, you also need to think about the audience and the budget behind it.

With AiSensy AI Ads Agent, you can start with a brief about your business and the people you want to reach. Add your website, choose an ad type and creative format, then review the creative and campaign settings inside AiSensy’s Ads Manager.

Let’s walk through how to prepare that brief, review your ad and check the costs before you submit a campaign for Meta review.

What is AiSensy AI Ads Agent?

AiSensy AI Ads Agent is the AI-assisted ad creation workspace inside AiSensy’s Ads Manager.

Its composer lets you describe a product or business, add a website or product images, and choose image or video creative for the available ad types.

The review workflow includes ad previews and Quick Edits.

You can also open the detailed campaign editor to check the destination, targeting, budget and creative.

For Click to WhatsApp campaigns, the customer clicks an ad to open a conversation with your business.

WhatsApp’s guide to ads that click to WhatsApp explains how this works across Facebook and Instagram.

This walkthrough covers the pre-launch interface inspected in October 2026. Account eligibility and available controls can vary. Generating a creative and getting an ad approved for delivery are separate stages.

Benefits of using AiSensy AI Ads Agent

Give your ad a starting direction

A product page contains much more information than one ad can carry. Writing a brief makes you choose the product, audience and reason to act before you begin reviewing designs.

For a clothing collection, that could mean focusing on everyday workwear and sending shoppers to the collection page. For a coaching centre, it could mean inviting prospective students to ask about the next batch on WhatsApp.

Review the message alongside the visual

An attractive image still needs a clear headline and a useful next step.

The ad cards bring the creative, copy, and destination together, so you can check whether they tell the same story.

Quick Edits also puts common review fields beside the ad.

You can inspect the location, age range, primary text, headline, and description before opening the full editor.

Review your creative and Meta ad settings together

The audience and budget deserve the same attention as the image. AiSensy’s Meta Ads Manager brings the creative and campaign settings into one workflow, so you can check who should see the ad, where a click should lead and how much you intend to spend while reviewing the message itself.

If the offer is available only in selected cities, check those locations before proceeding.

If your team wants WhatsApp enquiries, check that the selected destination supports that goal.

Which ad types can you choose?

Choose an ad type around the action you want a customer to take. These are the options shown in the Ads Agent composer.

Composer optionWhat it is for
Let AI decideAllows the agent to choose an ad type. Review the resulting destination before proceeding.
Click to WhatsAppStarts a WhatsApp conversation from the ad.
Website to WhatsAppSends people to a website with a WhatsApp button, as described in the interface.
WebsiteSends people to a product or landing page.
StatusAn option for reaching people inside WhatsApp Status. Confirm availability for your account and region.

For a product that needs a little explanation before purchase, a WhatsApp conversation may be useful.

If the customer can choose and buy from a product page, a Website ad may be a better starting point.

Status is a separate placement inside WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s Status ads overview describes the format and its regional rollout; seeing the option in the composer does not establish that every account can run it.

The detailed Ads Manager editor also displays Lead Form Ads. That option was not shown in the main Ads Agent composer during this inspection.

Before you begin

Have your website, actual product details, and intended audience ready.

If you’re promoting an offer, include its real terms and dates so you can check the generated copy against them.

Before running a Click to WhatsApp ad, complete the Meta connection in Ads Manager → Setup.

AiSensy’s setup guide covers the Facebook Page, business access, selected ad account, and WhatsApp number connection.

An AiSensy Admin role is required to purchase ad credits.

How to use AiSensy AI Ads Agent

Step 1: Open Ads Agent in your dashboard

Open Ads Manager from your AiSensy dashboard, then select Ads Agent.

The main composer contains the brief, product attachment control and settings for ad type and creative format.

Open Ads Manager → Ads Agent and start with a clear brief.
Open Ads Manager → Ads Agent and start with a clear brief.

Step 2: Describe what you want to promote

Write the brief as you would explain the campaign to someone creating it for your business.

Include the audience, the product or service, the useful benefit, and the next action.

For example, here is a brief using AiSensy’s website:

Create an image ad for AiSensy. Website: https://aisensy.com/ Audience: e-commerce business owners in India who want to manage customer enquiries on WhatsApp. Highlight a shared team inbox and WhatsApp automation. Use a clean green-and-white design with readable text. CTA: Learn more.

You can use the Product control to add product images. Choose assets that show the item you actually sell, then check the output against those assets when reviewing the creative.

If the offer changes, update the brief. A campaign for a new collection needs different information from an ad inviting people to book a consultation.

Step 3: Choose the ad type and creative format

Select the destination you want, or use Let AI decide and review its choice. Then choose Image or Video.

For images, the picker includes portrait, landscape and square ratios. The available options we inspected were 9:16, 2:3, 3:4, 16:9, 3:2, 4:3 and 1:1. Choose a layout that suits the placements you plan to use, then check the preview.

The image picker offers portrait, landscape and square layouts.

The image composer lets you request up to three ads. The Video setting displays duration choices of 30, 45 and 60 seconds and shows an Ad Credits charge before generation. Check that displayed amount before proceeding.

Video generation controls show the duration and the displayed charge.

Step 4: Generate and check the result

Once the brief and settings are ready, select Generate Ad.

If generation completes, review the resulting ad before you move on.

Check the product image, any text inside it, the primary copy, and the customer’s destination.

Confirm that prices, offers, and dates match your business. Read the headline at the size a customer will see on a phone.

If the card shows Generation failed, the interface provides Retry.

That message does not explain the cause. Save the brief and contact AiSensy support if the issue continues.

Testing note: We inspected the pre-launch controls in October 2026 without running a campaign. The main Ads Agent returned Generation failed across the ad types tested, while the separate image generator in the detailed editor returned three candidates. The Quick Edits and campaign-setting screenshots below show existing ad cards.

Step 5: Use Quick Edits to review common fields

On an existing ad card, open Quick Edits.

The panel shows the location, age range, destination, and copy fields beside the creative, with edit controls for the supported fields.

Check the destination as carefully as the headline.

An ad inviting customers to ask a question should take them to the intended conversation, while a product ad should use the correct landing page.

The budget controls also appear on the card. Treat a change here as a spending decision and review it before running the ad.

Step 6: Open the detailed campaign editor

Use the pencil icon on the ad card to open the detailed editor.

Start by reviewing where people should go after clicking and the objective and performance goal shown for that setup.

The detailed editor starts with the destination and campaign objective.

Next, review Ad Targeting & Audience. The editor displays locations, age and gender, along with saved audiences, custom or lookalike audiences, exclusions and detailed targeting controls.

Review the available Facebook and Instagram placements too.

The options you can use depend on the campaign setup and Meta account eligibility; choose them for the creative you intend to run.

In Ad Budget, check the budget type, amount, and dates.

Daily and lifetime budget options are available. The interface indicates that custom ad scheduling requires a lifetime budget.

Check the budget, dates and scheduling settings before proceeding.

Then open Ad Creative to check the copy and media.

This section includes the media library and a separate AI creative generator with Product and Logo controls, an aspect ratio picker and creative style settings.

During testing, this separate image generator returned three candidates from one brief.

Review each candidate and use Use This for the one you want in the editor, then check the complete ad again.

Step 7: Review the WhatsApp conversation entry

For the Click to WhatsApp setup we inspected, the editor includes optional Icebreakers.

It displays a greeting, icebreaker text, and a flow selector, allowing you to prepare how the conversation starts.

Say a prospective student opens WhatsApp from your course ad and asks about the next batch. Your team can reply through AiSensy’s WhatsApp live chat, explain the schedule and help them decide whether the course suits their needs. Prepare that response alongside the ad so the enquiry reaches someone ready to help.

For repeated questions, you can separately build an AiSensy WhatsApp chatbot to collect details such as the course a student is interested in, then arrange a handover to your team where needed.

Check your account access and configure the flow before connecting it; generating an ad does not set up the chatbot for you.

Before submitting an ad, review the selected account and Page, destination, creative, audience, and total planned spend.

AiSensy’s setup guide explains submission for Meta review. Approval and delivery depend on Meta; preparing a draft does not guarantee either.

AiSensy AI Ads Agent costs: what should you check?

Start with the generation amount displayed in your dashboard and the budget you plan to spend on delivery.

If the ad opens WhatsApp, also check the applicable messaging charges for the conversations and follow-ups you handle.

Cost componentWhat to check
AiSensy accessThe current account offering and availability of Ads Agent for your project.
AI creative generationThe free allowance or charge shown beside Generate. Video generation displayed an Ad Credits charge in our account.
Ad deliveryYour selected daily or lifetime budget, schedule and available ad credits.
WhatsApp messagingApplicable message charges when handling enquiries or sending follow-ups. WCC is managed separately from ad credits.

The account we inspected displayed free image generations, while Video showed a charge based on the selected duration.

Check your own screen for the current allowance and rate; these observations do not establish a universal free plan or daily reset.

Use the AiSensy pricing page for current account and WhatsApp message pricing. An ad budget, an AI generation charge and a WhatsApp message charge pay for different parts of the workflow.

Campaign ideas you can build around your business

Invite course enquiries on WhatsApp

A training business could promote its next course and choose Click to WhatsApp so prospective students can ask about the schedule.

Include the real course name and batch details in the brief, then review the locations and conversation entry.

Send shoppers to a new collection

An e-commerce store could choose Website and use a collection page as the destination.

Ask for a visual focused on the products customers will find there, then check that the headline and landing page describe the same collection.

Help customers discuss a service

A service business could use a WhatsApp ad to invite enquiries about a consultation.

Make the service and coverage area clear, and arrange who will respond when the enquiries arrive.

Prepare your first brief

Start with a product or service you know well. Add the real website and describe the customer you want to reach, then choose the action you want them to take.

Open AiSensy’s Ads Manager to explore Ads Agent, and review the creative and campaign settings before committing your budget.
