Need to find an approved template, check your opted-in contacts, or see how your last campaign performed?
You can now ask AiSensy AI Assistant right inside your dashboard.
Open the Assistant, tell it what you need, and provide any details it asks for.
Get the result in the chat, then ask your next question in the same conversation, without opening a different dashboard section for each task.
Here’s how to get started.
What is AiSensy AI Assistant?
AiSensy AI Assistant is a chat panel inside your dashboard where you can find project information and get help with contacts, campaigns, ads, and chatbot flows.
To open it, select the sparkle icon in the top-right corner.
Type your question, or choose one of the four quick starts: Uploading contacts, Launching campaigns, Running Ads, or Setting up flows.
You can ask a follow-up in the same chat when you need more detail. To return to a previous conversation, open Chat History.
Manage your contacts
Getting your festive sale campaign ready? Start with your contact list, check who has opted in, and organise the contacts you want to reach.
Start with your CSV
Have a new list of leads? Open Uploading contacts and choose “Import contacts from a CSV file” to begin. Keep your CSV ready and follow the import instructions.
After importing, check your audience before preparing a broadcast. Adding contacts to your project doesn’t mean they’ve opted in to receive your messages.
Find contacts and check their status
Ask “How many opted-in contacts do I have?” to check your audience. You can also search for a specific contact and check their opt-in or blocked status.
Include the contact’s name or the filter you need to make your request clear.
Organise your campaign audience
Tags help you group contacts around a campaign or interest. For this sale, try “Create a tag called Festive Sale.”
Then specify which contacts you want to add the tag to. Creating a tag alone doesn’t select your campaign audience.
Find the right message template
Once you know your audience, choose the message for your festive sale. Ask “Show my approved templates” to see your options.
Pick a template that fits your offer, then check the details you need to fill in, such as the customer’s name, discount or sale link. The Assistant can explain what a template is for and how many variables it contains.
Need more ideas? Ask to see the template library. Library examples need to be submitted to Meta and approved for your account before you can use them in a broadcast.
Prepare your WhatsApp broadcast
Now bring your audience and approved template together.
Open Launching campaigns and choose “Create a new broadcast campaign.”
Tell the Assistant your campaign name, the audience you want to reach, and the approved template you’ve chosen. Include the template’s required details, such as your offer, sale link, and any images or videos.
For example, try:
“Help me prepare a Festive Sale broadcast using my approved sale template for opted-in contacts tagged Festive Sale.”
Use the actual template and tag names from your project, and provide any additional details the Assistant asks for.
Check the audience and completed message carefully before sending. Once your campaign has run, return to the Assistant to check its results.
Get help with WhatsApp chatbot flows
Want to welcome customers who message your business during the sale? Open Setting up flows and ask how to set up a welcome flow.
Describe the welcome message and the choices you want customers to see. For example:
“Help me plan a welcome flow with options to view sale products, track an order or talk to the team.”
You can also explore the flow template library for a starting point.
Already have flows running? Ask “Show me all my active flows” to see what’s active in your project.
Get help with Click-to-WhatsApp ads
Running Facebook or Instagram ads for your festive sale? Open Running Ads and ask “Show my active ad campaigns.” Follow up with a question about the campaign you want to check.
Preparing a new Click-to-WhatsApp campaign? Have your offer, creative, target audience, budget, and campaign dates ready. Then make your request specific:
“Help me set up a Click-to-WhatsApp ad for our festive sale.”
Provide the details the Assistant asks for, and review your budget, duration and ad content before submitting the campaign.
Check campaign results and account details
Your festive sale campaign has run.
Now ask the Assistant for its results, including the campaign name and the period you want to check.
For a broader view, try “Show my messaging analytics for the last seven days.”
You can check sent, delivered, read, and failed message counts. Check the date range in the response before using the numbers in a report.
Need account information? Ask directly:
- “What’s my current plan?”
- “Show my credit balance.”
- “Show my invoices.”
- “Who are the team members on this project?”
You can also check your opt-in, opt-out, and live chat settings from the conversation.
Get help with everyday replies
Does your team regularly answer the same questions about delivery or returns? Canned messages let you save replies for routine live-chat conversations.
Ask the Assistant for help with these saved replies as part of your everyday dashboard work.
Use canned messages for routine live-chat replies and approved message templates for your WhatsApp broadcasts.
Review the details before taking action
Before sending a campaign, check its audience, message, and offer details. For an ad, review the budget and duration too.
If you’re deleting data, check exactly which item you intend to remove.
Read any preview or confirmation request carefully before approving it.
If something looks wrong, ask for a change before proceeding.
The Assistant can make mistakes, so double-check important answers before using them in a report or making changes to your project.
Ask in your preferred language
You can ask questions in English, Hindi, or Tamil.
For example, try “Mere opted-in contacts kitne hain?” to check your opted-in audience.
The Tamil example below shows the Assistant explaining template options in Tamil while keeping saved template names and message examples in English, so you can recognise the items in your project.
How many AI Assistant messages do you get?
Each project currently includes 250 free AI Assistant messages for chats inside your dashboard.
These are separate from the WhatsApp messages you send to customers. Your AI Assistant allowance does not replace the messaging credits needed for customer campaigns.
Try AiSensy AI Assistant in your dashboard
Start with a task you already do often.
Open your AiSensy dashboard, select the sparkle icon, and ask:
“List my approved message templates.”
Choose a template you recognise, then ask your next question in the same chat. It’s a simple way to get familiar with the Assistant before using it for your campaign work.
