Steps to Schedule WhatsApp messages in AiSensy?

Go to the Contacts/ Campaigns page & create a Broadcast Campaign

To schedule Broadcasts, first, go to the Contacts page & create a Broadcast.

Select a pre-approved WhatsApp Template Message

Choose a pre-approved WhatsApp Template Message & add the required parameter values.

Enable the Schedule Date & Time option

Scroll down & enable the Scheduler option to schedule your Broadcast.

Schedule the Broadcast

Next, select the date, time & timezone to schedule your WhatsApp Broadcast.

Make sure that the time & timezone you add are in sync to ensure the Broadcast delivers to the right audience at the right time.

Click Schedule Campaign

After double verifying the selected date, time & timezone, click Schedule Campaign to schedule the Broadcast.

Now go to Campaigns

If you wish to edit the scheduled Broadcast, go to the Campaigns page & Click on the Broadcast which shows the status 'Scheduled'.

Edit the Scheduled Broadcast

Now, press the ‘i’ button👉Click ‘Cancel’.

Go to AiSensy App & schedule all your campaigns in advance.
